Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the building and ensure all facilities are functioning properly
- Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, security, and housekeeping teams
- Oversee building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing) and preventive maintenance
- Act as main contact for tenants; handle concerns and service requests promptly
- Work with contractors for repairs, maintenance, and fit-out activities
- Monitor tenant move-ins, move-outs, and renovations in line with building policies
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
- Prepare basic reports on operations, maintenance, and tenant concerns
Qualifications
- Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
- 45 years of experience in building operations, facilities, or property management
