Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, manage and implement the facility's refrigeration program. Performs maintenance and operation service to refrigeration equipment. In addition, monitors the building automation system and pneumatic tube system at a high level, acknowledging alarms, making low level programming changes, adjusting temperatures.
