Building Automation Technician/BAS

As the Facilities BMS technician, you will be responsible for daily support activities, including:

+ Assisting site Leadership in the execution of all daily operations for the facilities team.
+ Monitoring and adjusting the building HVAC and mechanical systems, acknowledging critical building alarms, and taking appropriate corrective actions and responding after hours should repairs be needed.
+ Providing a level of expertise in performing preventive and corrective maintenance to a wide variety of industrial or commercial facility HVAC equipment.
+ Identifying and correcting any safety-related issues and performing independent equipment evaluations to identify potential equipment failures.
+ Operating, maintaining, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing ventilation equipment, pumps, fans, chillers, rooftop AHU’s, split systems, compressors, refrigeration, and other mechanical equipment as needed.
