Building Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspection, monitor the operation and ensure the maintenance/repair of all mechanical & electrical equipment. Review maintenance checklists and reports.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness throughout assigned areas.
• Handle technical and non-technical aspects of the operations of the property.
• Tenant relations and coordination.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a B.S. Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering graduate.
• Professional license (Mechanical or Electrical Engineer) is an advantage.
• At least 2 years working experience in Building Maintenance.
• Experience in maintenance operation of mechanical & electrical systems/equipment and other maintenance and repair work.
• Works well under pressure and capable of multi-tasking.
• Willing to be assigned to buildings in Metro Manila.
• Can start immediately.
