About the job Building Maintenance Executive
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Building Maintenance or equivalent.
- At least 10 years relevant working experience.
- Sound knowledge of safety and health practices, OSHA compliance.
- Solid technical knowledge in electrical systems, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
- Strong contractor and supplier management skills.
- Good budget planning and project management abilities.
- Must be bilingual (Malay & English).
- Able to work shifts and available on a 24-hour call basis.
- Must possess valid driving license and own transport.
