Building Maintenance Person / All-Rounder

Are you a hands-on, practical individual with strong general maintenance skills? Brooks Hire, a trusted provider of mining and construction equipment, is seeking a reliable Building Maintenance Person / All-Rounder to support the upkeep, repair, and day-to-day functionality of our sites.

This role can be based out of our Withcott or Oxley branch and offers variety for someone who can work autonomously, manage a diverse workload, and assist across multiple areas of the business when required.

Responsibilities / Duties will include:

• Carry out general building maintenance, repairs, and minor building works across company sites.

• Read drawings and complete tasks such as cutting timber, installing shelving, hanging doors, and basic concreting.
