Our client, a leader in property management and facilities services, is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities / Operations department supporting property management and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range: $11.00**

**Shift: Monday through Friday 8-630PM**

+ Perform general maintenance and repair work, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and minor HVAC tasks
+ Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and grounds to identify maintenance needs
