BUILDING SERVICES WORKER

Main Purpose of Job

This multifaceted position primarily supports a 24/7 inpatient substance use treatment program. This position requires independently performing housekeeping and general services under general supervision (such as cleaning, routine building maintenance, fleet maintenance, moving furniture, and outdoor grounds care, etc.). This includes but is not limited to routine construction work, grounds maintenance, routine preventive maintenance and making minor repairs or improvements to the facility. This position will also assemble and disassemble furniture, move items as needed, participate in building inspections to ensure health & safety standards are met, and support inventory control. This position required driving various vehicles including 15 passenger vans, tractors, power mowers and other equipment.
