Opportunity Description
Job Title: Bus Driver (School Bus)
Location: Staten Island, NY
Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time
Compensation: equivalent to $23.50/hour or experience dictated by union contract
Work Model: Onsite
Responsibilities
+ Safely transport students to and from school and designated locations
+ Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and post-route checks
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and professional bus environment
+ Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding schedules, emergencies, or concerns
+ Follow all DOT, state, and company safety regulations
Qualification
+ Minimum age of 21
+ Valid New York State CDL (or ability to transfer an out-of-state CDL) and necessary school bus driver endorsements.
+ Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and criminal background check
+ Strong safety awareness and customer service mindset
