• Offer support in managing, maintaining, and testing IT application systems, ensuring their efficient operation and functionality;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and work closely with external parties, ICT providers or government agencies for systems operational and maintenance works and new initiatives/enhancements;
• Provide advisory role and guide team members on development of IT solutions to meet business and Authority’s needs;
• Maintain Project Management Office, track documentation and monitoring of progress;
• Co-ordinate and facilitate the audit reviews that can be conducted by party authorized by the Authority;
• Review project deliverables (e.g. monthly project report, log review for privileged user access, test plan, test reports, application design/ code) to ensure the completeness for acceptance; and
