Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow modeling to identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews with business users to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the SDLC.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and Use Cases.
- Support the development of test plans and user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating requirements and ensuring successful implementation.
