Opportunity Description
As a ServiceNow SACM Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will focus on Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) processes, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to SACM. Design and implement ServiceNow SACM workflows, processes, and dashboards. Collaborate with technical teams to configure, test, and deploy solutions. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during go-live. Maintain documentation of SACM processes, configurations, and enhancements. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
