Job Description

What You Will Do
- Act as primary point of contact for business applications, supporting configuration and maintenance of Salesforce, iWave, DonorDrive and related fundraising platforms.
- Support development of fundraising technology roadmaps, planning for tech enhancements.
- Oversee technical workflows and reconciliation between Salesforce and finance systems to maintain a single source of truth for gift processing and reporting.
- Build, implement, and monitor automated business rules supporting prospect clearance workflows, donor pipelines, and moves management.
