You will act as the gatekeeper and translator, ensuring that incoming reporting requests are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities
Demand Management & Triage: Receive, review, and sort new reporting requests. Assess the feasibility and clarity of requirements before assigning them to the engineering team.
