Business Analyst

Job Summary

At Ayvens, we are seeking a Business Analyst to work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to drive value through continuous product and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand business problems and define problem statements.
• Organize and facilitate workshops to gather input and design future‑state processes.
• Translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and produce business artifacts (BRDs, FRDs, RTMs) linked to Ayvens Global Process Structure.
• Ensure requirements are connected to business and product KPIs and support the implementation of tracking mechanisms.
• Analyze data and collaborate with product teams to identify improvement opportunities in product and process performance.
• Support development teams by providing clear, testable user stories and assisting in solution design.
