Opportunity Description
As a Business Analyst at COSMOTE Global Solutions NV, you will play a key role in analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective IT solutions that meet business objectives.
- Providing 1st line support to PJ users for Iris & Serapis and other lending applications
- Business analysis and problem solving:
- Description of the As-Is and To-Be scenarios
- Co-authoring of business requirements with the subject matter experts
- Preparation of the document management related deliverables
- Drafting and review of the user stories and preparation of test cases
- Acting as interface between the business experts on one side and the IT project manager, the solution architects, the data governance
