Business Analyst - Promiscuity Data

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to support a high-priority initiative focused on AI/ML, automation, and data enablement within pharmaceutical discovery research. This role will specifically support efforts around promiscuity data analysis, helping the organization better understand compound interactions, off-target effects, and data-driven decision making in early-stage research.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory and assess data across fragmented and siloed systems related to discovery research and compound data
Identify where promiscuity (off-target interaction) data resides and define requirements for aggregating and structuring it
Partner closely with scientists, data teams, and IT stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements
Translate business needs into IT scope, including data sourcing, integration, and transformation requirements
