Payrate: $41.00 - $42.00/hr.
Summary:
You will be responsible for onboarding and developing early career sellers to excel in the SDR role. Onboarding Managers are responsible for in-classroom facilitation, on-the-job coaching, and leveraging Client resources to support their team’s readiness. SDR readiness is evaluated through KPIs, metrics, and validations. This is a high-performance environment that requires excellence in execution and adoption of Client sales and business acumen.
You will be part of a team of Onboarding Managers in a highly collaborative environment. While you are evaluated on the performance of your assigned SDRs, teamwork is a key performance indicator and expectation for the role. Team sizes can include up to 20 SDRs, so utilizing the expertise of your extended team is imperative to the cohort’s success.
