Business Analyst (SE Intel)

TheBusinessAnalyst(SEIntel)willprovideusersupportandengageonallprocessesrelatedtothedesign,buildandenhancementofbusinessapplications.Itincludesallactivitiesrelatedtodeliveringbusinessapplications(webplatform)thatmeetuserrequirements.

This role is critical for managing some key KPIs in SE Intel for different stakeholders such as Data Offices, Streams, Product Owners & Leadership.

Support on UX modules design & maintain user guides as well as enhancing User Support processes to improve SE Intel user activity KPIs.
