JOB SCOPE Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with Business Units and IT partners in business requirement gathering, solution/functional review and ensure the end-to-end system & process delivery and testing.
- Implement and support digital customer journeys to further improve both customer and employee experience in bank.
- Work with regional country and functional teams to design, re-engineer the process, as well as implement operation solutions.
- Ensure the smooth operational rollout.
- Re-engineer the end-to-end process, analyse and review operations solutions.
