Join our MSC Cruises Excellence Hub in Valencia as a Performance Business Analyst, where you will turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will partner with Revenue Management, Workforce Management, and market leadership to identify performance opportunities, optimise B2C and B2B channel strategies, and strengthen decision‑making across the Sales Hub.
In a fast‑paced and evolving environment, you will bring clarity, structure, and strong analytical insight, helping the business understand performance, anticipate trends, and continuously improve results.
