Opportunity Description
The Business Analyst will be responsible for the following:
Experience:
- Defines, develops, and documents user/stakeholders’ needs in support of the achievement of business requirements,
- Assists in and provides the definition and documentation of the business requirements objectives, deliverables, and specifications needed to develop new software programs and applications,
- Provides documentation and support to existing APD business applications regarding system enhancements,
- Designs, runs, and monitors software performance tests on new and existing applications for the purpose of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvements, and general debugging; and
- Liaise with network administrators, database administrators, system analysts, and business owners to assist in resolving problems with applications/programs.
