Job Description:

Requirement/Must Have:

Lead research to define a least-privilege RBAC model.

Analyze existing access patterns, roles, and permissions.

Design a scalable and technology-agnostic RBAC framework.

Define and propose an Active Directory group strategy aligned with organizational roles.

Design role- and team-based AD group structures.

Ensure least-privilege access principles are applied.

Assess legacy and modern technology stacks for RBAC alignment.

Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams.

Produce comprehensive documentation including conceptual models and access matrices.

Experience:

Experience designing RBAC or IAM frameworks in large enterprises.

Experience analyzing access models across multiple technology platforms.

Experience working with Active Directory group design.
