Business Applications Engineer

About The Role

We are
seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Applications Engineer to be
part of a small, dynamic team responsible for managing incidents and service
requests for our key business applications, including Junifer, Salesforce,
Online Accounts, and other platforms as needed, using best practices.

This
position requires collaboration with users, IT teams, and third parties to
ensure applications function effectively, support business processes, and
fulfil organisational requirements.
