Brand Business Lead

The Mission: We are looking for a leader to take the responsibility for the launch of a new professional brand on the Polish market. As a Brand Business Lead, you will be the architect of the brand’s local success, owning everything from the 3-year strategic vision to the final translation of a product description. This is a unique opportunity to act as an entrepreneur within a corporation, building a brand from the ground up while leveraging the power of L’Oréal.

Your Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Market Entry Strategy: Define the strategic direction and the 3-year marketing plan. You will take ownership of international launches, creating the right angle of attack to build integrated, engaging consumer experiences locally.
