Our client is a fast-growing South African ecommerce group with a suite of products simplifying how merchants sell, ship, and get paid. They're looking for a commercially driven Business Developer to grow the merchant base for their payments product. This is a new business role — full cycle, from prospecting through to onboarding.

What You'll Be Doing

• Identifying and engaging merchants who would benefit from a seamless payment solution
• Conducting tailored product demonstrations that speak directly to client pain points
• Managing your pipeline and converting qualified leads into onboarded clients
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth client handover and onboarding
• Conducting off-site client meetings where required to progress or close deals
