Business Development Associate

Position Overview Ladgov Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Development Associate to support our federal contracting operations.

The selected candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, conducting market research, and supporting the full lifecycle of business development activities.

Key Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify relevant federal, state, and local contracting opportunities.

Analyze documents and extract key requirements.

Support proposal development, including drafting technical narratives and assembling submission packages.

Perform pricing analysis based on labor, materials, and scope requirements.

Source qualified vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Manage and maintain opportunity pipelines and internal tracking systems.
