Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
Ensure high client satisfaction and sustain existing business relationships.
Conduct regular client interactions and business reviews.
2. Client Understanding & Brief Management
Understand client expectations, business objectives, and project requirements.
Translate client briefs into actionable deliverables for internal teams.
Ensure timely and accurate communication of project scope and expectations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
3. Revenue Growth (Existing Accounts)
Drive revenue growth through existing client accounts.
Identify opportunities for repeat business and account expansion.
Achieve assigned business targets and revenue objectives.
Track client-wise business performance and maintain account profitability.
