Opportunity Description
- Assist the Business Development team in preparing quotations, proposals and submissions for new business opportunities and contract renewals.
- Cross‑check all costing, pricing, gross profit (GP) margins and commercial assumptions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Bid Management, Engineering, Project, O&M and other relevant teams during pre‑sales and pre‑handover stages.
- Support pre‑sales and post‑award coordination activities up to project handover, after which the Project Liaison team will take over.
- Maintain and manage quotation, proposal and tender documentation with proper version control and audit trail.
- Provide administrative support including documentation, correspondence, filing and preparation of business development reports.
