About the role

As our Director of Business Development / Clinical Solutions – Europe, you’ll be a critical member of our commercial team, responsible for driving growth, building relationships with biopharma partners, and positioning Biorce as a category leader in AI for clinical development. This is a high-impact role that combines strategy, sales, and client relationship management, with significant opportunity for career growth as our EU footprint expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure with pharmaceutical and biotech clients across Europe.
• Responsibility for hitting quarterly targets and consistently delivering against ambitious commercial goals.
