- Acquisition of new advisory mandates: taking independent responsibility for acquiring new clients and driving business growth in the Spanish market and for our international business lines
- Market Positioning: Positioning TA Europe in the Spanish real estate market
- Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with investors, occupiers, developers, banks, asset managers as well as agents and consultants
- Team Collaboration: Close cooperation with the technical team in Madrid and colleagues from our European TA Europe offices
- International Growth: Developing business opportunities between Spain and other European countries
