Business Development Executive

Role Overview

Premier NX is rebuilding and strengthening its business development team and is looking for professionals with prior sales development experience who are ready to compete, learn, and win.

This role centers primarily on cold outbound outreach, while also including follow-up on marketing-generated leads. The role operates in a night shift aligned with the US market .

The right candidate is energetic, coachable, disciplined, and genuinely hungry to engage prospects and create opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and live chat to engage target accounts and key decision-makers.
• Own cold outreach activity as the primary motion of the role, building pipeline through consistent, targeted prospecting.
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads, including web, webinar, and other campaign responses.
