Opportunity Description

The role

is end to end sales – you will research leads, pitch to potential clients, generate

meetings, attend meetings, negotiate rates, close and manage accounts. We work with an

uncapped commission structure that rewards a proactive approach to lead sourcing and an

insatiable desire to find new clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • A proactive approach to researching & using generated leads to prospect new clients.
  • Qualifying leads & developing into sales via a range of activities.
  •  Using these leads to create appointments for colleagues or directly proposing
  • appropriate apartment solutions.
  • Working with senior members on identifying new market opportunities.
  • Working with the Reservations Team and Client Service Managers to ensure client needs are met.
  • Ensuring all actions fall within the company ethos.
  • Developing & building meaningful lasting relationships with clients.
