Job Description
Location: Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi near Ibex
Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (PST) Night Shift
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: 50k-60k + Commission
Requirements
- 6-8 months experience in Upwork bidding
- Experience handling or working with USA & Canada Upwork profiles
- Strong English writing & communication skills
- Having strong chats & email handling, call handling and client management skills
- Understanding of Upwork connects, boosts, and proposal strategy
- Ability to write customized, high-converting proposals
- Good understanding of digital services and project requirements
