- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the companys IT services portfolio.
- Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Lead the pre-sale process, including prospecting, pitching, meeting and exploring deals.
- Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly and KPI reports, draw limitation suggest improvement initiatives
- Process training and mentor fresh business development executives
