**Job Description:**

**Primary Responsibilities**

+ Lead commercial strategy and new business development with D3 & NEV customers
+ Develop talent within the organization by mentoring team members, strengthening cross-functional capabilities, and supporting succession planning.
+ Review RFQ packages and coordinate cross‑functional responses including engineering, cost estimating, and operations
+ Develop pricing strategy and lead commercial negotiations
+ Ensure customer requirements are translated into internal technical and program objectives
+ Monitor program milestones and ensure successful product launch execution
+ Support division long‑range planning and annual operating plan
+ Lead customer presentations, program reviews, and technical discussions
+ Partner with innovation teams to identify new product opportunities
+ Maintain strong relationships with OEM purchasing, engineering, and program leadership
