Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management.
• Experience in automation, robotics, logistics, industrial equipment, engineering solutions, or security solutions is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits within Kuala Lumpur / Klang Valley.
