Job Summary

The Sales Manager will lead the sales team to drive revenue growth for MTSs financial products in Nashik, Dhule, and Indore, developing strategies and mentoring Sales Officers to achieve targets.Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for business loans, home loans, and corporate funding to MSMEs/Startup funding & Industry requirements. Lead and mentor Sales Officers to meet sales targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Analyze market trends to identify business opportunities. Monitor performance and report insights into management. Conduct team training on products and sales techniques. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.Qualifications Bachelors degree in business, Finance, or related field (BBA/MBA preferred).
