About the role
This is not a cold calling, build from scratch BDM role. The agency already has strong referral flow coming through their sales team, established systems in place and a highly experienced PM department supporting the growth of the portfolio.
You will step into a business that feels structured, mature and steady, with the autonomy to grow relationships your way without the pressure cooker environment that often comes with BDM positions.
This role would suit someone who enjoys the relationship side of Property Management, values ethical business development and wants to be rewarded properly for performance.
