PlayOn Sports Recreational Club is a young dynamic and aggressively scaling start-up focused on developing world‑class padel and pickleball infrastructure across the UAE. Our vision is to build a strong network of premium sports facilities by partnering with key stakeholders in real‑estate, hospitality, and community spaces.

The primary objective of this role is to identify, evaluate and secure suitable locations across the UAE for the development of padel and pickleball courts. The candidate will drive business growth by building partnerships with property owners, developers, hotels, schools and sports facilities.

• Identify high‑potential areas and locations for setting up padel and pickleball courts across the UAE.
