We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our freight forwarding team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales within the freight forwarding industry a strong network of clients and the ability to achieve sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Identify develop and maintain new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics.
- Build and manage relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver tailored solutions for clients across air sea and land freight.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by generating leads and closing deals.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and industry developments.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
