We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager with 5 years of proven experience in insurance sales in the UAE – either with insurers or brokers. You will manage your own book of business and lead growth initiatives across General Insurance including Medical.

• Drive new business and renewals independently in the first year
• Based on performance in the second year build and lead a 3-member sales team
• Manage SME corporate and individual client portfolios
• Coordinate with insurers for competitive underwriting

• Minimum 5 years UAE insurance sales experience
