About the job Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager is tasked to oversee the following for total food (Meat and Non‑Meat): Industry Analysis, Category and Product Segmentation, Identification of new food segments/categories for the company to enter, Make/grow or Buy Decision Making, RM /Equipment Investments, Product Portfolio Management, Revenue and Profitability Projections, RM and Supply Projections and Programs and Directions to meet category targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Map the food industry and set long‑term projections on revenue and profitability per entry to market.
- Gather all required data and create Business Case Studies for all investments pertaining to market entry per food segment (Meat and non‑meat).
- Create a brand portfolio that caters to the different channels with different needs (Traded Items / Processed Items for Food Service / Traded Retail items / Processed Retail items).
