Our Sales Department at NAPA is currently seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for direct prospecting and acquiring mechanical workshops within their assigned territory.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and target prospects based on NAPA’s value proposition and with an annual purchase volume exceeding $100,000
  • Qualify prospects by assessing their needs, purchasing behavior, and NAPA’s ability to meet those needs
  • Support and actively manage new customers during a transition period to build strong relationships before transferring them to the Account Development Specialist
