Business Development Manager- New Business Development

Overview

At ING we are looking for a Business Development Manager – New Business Development to support the acceleration of new strategic initiatives that contribute to ING’s growth ambition.

Key Responsibilities

• Co‑lead workstreams under the guidance of the Head of New Business Development.
• Conduct market and internal research to support initiative framing.
• Prepare strategic materials for ExCo, SteerCo and governance forums.
• Track initiative progress, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate with part‑time contributors from Tribe Sponsor, Risk, Tech, COO, Legal, People and Finance.
• Maintain initiative dashboards and documentation.
