About the Role
As BD Manager for OTC & Payments, you will own the full BD lifecycle, building and managing partnerships with LPs, PSPs, banks, and channel partners, while helping clients navigate banking and payment challenges across fiat on/off ramp, OTC settlement, and cross‑border payment flows.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and manage partnerships with LPs, PSPs, banks, acquirers, channel partners, and enterprise clients
- Deepen relationships with existing clients and channels (HNWIs, institutional clients, key partners)
- Drive client acquisition across cross‑border payments, crypto/fiat conversion, fund settlement, and digital asset services
- Understand client needs across treasury, liquidity, and payment workflows; design tailored solutions with internal teams
- Monitor OTC, stablecoin, and FinTech market trends; provide strategic insights and recommendations
