Responsibilities
- Client Relationships : Serve as the primary point of contact for both new and existing institutional clients, managing the full relationship lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
- Business Development : Proactively drive new business opportunities and expand existing relationships, tailoring your approach to meet client needs.
- Client Onboarding and Education : Conduct onboarding sessions to educate clients on product features and workflows, and address any technical queries.
- Reporting and Coordination : Prepare and present detailed reports on client activity to management, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams like Engineering, Product, QA, and Compliance.
