Duties and Responsibilities:
- BDMs can manage the ‘power base’ within the ‘Buying Centre’. They are accomplished in Solution Selling.
- Articulate the client’s ‘compelling business need’ and develop a solution that satisfies critical elements.
- Lead demand-generating sales activities in the assigned market.
- Build relationships with Principal Vendors and negotiate pricing & procurement control.
- Coach and mentor subordinates in effective operations practices.
