About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Officer to foster sustainable business growth by developing new business opportunities, ensuring platform metrics are consistently met, and building long-term strategic relationships with brands and online marketplace platforms.

Account and Online Marketplace Management

• Develop online tactics and joint business plans in line with corporate and brand objectives
• Monitor the execution of promotional activities with partnered online marketplaces, ensuring sales targets and budgets are met
• Ensure platform fulfillment rate metrics are met and coordinate with operations on delivery concerns (e.g., wrong items, damaged goods, expired products)
