Responsibilities
- Knowledgeable in costing and creating billing proposals.
- Supervise and mentor Business Development Officers / Sales Executives.
- Monitor team performance, pipeline, and lead generation activities.
- Provide coaching on sales strategies and client negotiations.
Qualifications
- Must have experience in business development within the manpower service provider industry.
- Proven track record of successful account acquisition.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
